How It Works
In order to use our services, you must be in possession of the audio/video file that you want to have transcribed. From there, it's as simple as creating your account and uploading your file.

Step 3
Pay Deposit (if needed)

Step 4
Receive your completed transcript and pay your final invoice
Step 1: Create Account
Simply create your account with us by clicking on the "Get Started" button below and entering all the required information.
Step 2: Place Order
Click the "Place Order" button at the top of the page and select the Court Reporting Format option. Upload the audio/video file(s) you would like to have transcribed as well as any supporting documents such as court minutes, log notes, etc... Then fill out the corresponding order form.
Step 3: Pay Deposit
When dealing with the courts directly, no deposit will be required. An invoice will be provided upon completion of the transcript.
For all other requesting parties, Legal Scriber requires a 50% deposit of the total estimated cost to begin work on your transcript. Shortly after placing your order, an email will be sent out containing a link with your estimated invoice as well as the amount due for the deposit. The deposit can be paid by credit card or check. Once your deposit has been received, we will begin to work on your transcript.
Step 4: Receive Transcript and Pay Final Invoice
Once your transcript has been completed, it will be emailed to you in the format that you chose when you placed your order. Shortly after, you will receive a final invoice for the amount due as well as payment instructions. Invoices may be paid by credit card or check.
