How It Works
In order to use our services, you must be in possession of the audio/video file that you want to have transcribed. From there, it's as simple as creating your account and uploading your file.

Step 1: Create Account
Simply create your account with us by clicking on the "Get Started" button below and entering all the required information.
Step 2: Place Order
Click the "Place Order" button at the top of the page and select the Standard Speaker Format option. Upload the audio/video file(s) you would like to have transcribed as well as any supporting documents such as recording notes, spelling of names, etc... Then fill out the corresponding order form.
Step 3: Pay for Transcript
When dealing with courts and government agencies, an invoice will be provided upon completion of the transcript. No upfront payment is required.
For all other requesting parties, payment will be required upfront in order to begin work on your transcript. Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an email containing a link to your invoice for the total amount due for the transcript. This invoice may be paid by credit card or check. Once the invoice is paid in full, we will begin to work on your transcript.
Step 4: Receive Transcript
Once your transcript is completed, it will be emailed to you in the format(s) you selected on the order form.
