How It Works

In order to use our services, you must be in possession of the audio/video file that you want to have transcribed. From there, it's as simple as creating your account and uploading your file.

Receive your completed transcript and pay your invoice

Step 1: Create Account
Simply create your account with us by clicking on the "Get Started" button below and entering all the required information.

Step 2: Place Order
Click the "Place Order" button at the top of the page and select the Standard Speaker Format option. Upload the audio/video file you would like to have transcribed and fill out the remaining information on the order form. There is also an optional section for you to upload other supporting material that would help our transcriptionists with your file.

Step 3: Select Payment Method
After uploading your audio/video file, you will see the exact cost of your transcript. This amount will also be included in the email confirmation you'll receive shortly after placing the order. At the bottom of the order form, there is a dropdown box where you will select your payment method. You can choose between two payment methods:

  • Credit Card (fastest)

  • Invoice

To pay with an invoice, you will need to upload a purchase order from your company for the total amount due. This is needed to ensure that payment will be received for the transcript once it is completed. You can upload purchase orders by using the uploads page located in your account homepage. Invoices may be paid by credit card or check.

*Note: If paying by invoice, orders will NOT be started until a purchase order has been received. Only governments and organizations can utilize the   invoice payment method.

Step 4: Receive Transcript
Once your transcript is completed, it will be emailed to you in the format that you chose when you placed your order. Shortly after, if paying by invoice, you will receive a final invoice for the amount due as well as payment instructions. Invoices may be paid by check or credit card.
